We are an experienced clinical trials unit, running studies covering a wide range of medical conditions. We undertake studies which are sponsored by a variety of universities and pharmaceutical companies.
Research

West Walk Surgery
The RAWWS team are part of South Gloucestershire Medical Services Ltd and are based at West Walk Surgery, Yate, in North Bristol.
The Research team consists of our lead GP, Dr Sam Davies, and our research nurses, Jane Deacon and Nicola Willey.
Other doctors and nurses are also often involved with individual studies.

Can a new medication help people with a longstanding cough?
If you have had a cough for more than a year, which is ‘unexplained’ by your doctor, or persists despite treatments, you may be interested to hear more about a study looking at a new treatment for longstanding cough.
